Just hypothetically, what you have is a classic stalemate. The pump and dumper chose 50+ to dump using auto refills to prevent the price from going up even when he clearly could have sold at a better price 1 or 2 steps higher. That caused an exodus of traders who are very sensitive to manipulation. Now there is a lot of quiet. If the dumper waits too long a block will form on the sell side as other people compete to exit. The dumper either has to sell down below his pump price or pump up, either prospect means he loses money. When he inevitably capitulates we'll get new holders and the price discovery can get back to normal. This is why you don't dump on market.
