Greg Starr's is now recommending to share holders that they should vote to dilute themselves by 2,500,000,000 shares, against an existing share base of 1,000,000,000. For the layman out there, that means, if you currently have $100 invested in KBL it will be worth $30 if you approve these resolutions. This is not in the interest of the shareholder. You deserve better, and should expect better from your board, who ultimately is responsible for looking after the shareholders. There is nothing financially smart about this solution.

Almost worth flagging to the to ASX and ASIC after ASX raised their concerns back in May.
