Good article. But predicting weather pattern is so bloody unreliable. I trust weather forecasters lesser than property agents. I was watching ABC news last night and it said by 10am Melbourne will be experiencing heavy rain and possible hail. Sure it is a little windy but nothing like what ABC bloody said it will. I am not evil enough to say California has severe drought cause that will impact heavily on Californian people's lives but I do hope that politicians put people above Almond farming in terms of water allocations and force them to down size. Now that's the kinda news that will be good for the SHV holders.
