If anything Tony, Fed commentary and market pricing is indicating that Fed Rate INCREASES are off the table. Two raises were priced into the market pre-Brexit with now only one at the most and maybe one next year. The conflict in the last dot points alluded to the friction within the FOMC as to raising rates already. QE4 in the US would be unlikely I reckon as its too much of a drag on their economy to get out of. QE in Europe is looking more likely though.
