Top 20 Share Holders

I have been informed by DigitalX that in order for me to receive a copy of the share registry I will first need to send a cheque for $275 as per Section 173 (b) corporations act and they will post me a copy.

Or if someone was to inspect the register in Perth there is no fee for a member of the company as per Section 173 (2)

Inspection Fees,

(2) A member of a company or a registered scheme, a registered option holder or a registered debenture holder may inspect a register kept under this Chapter without charge. Other people may inspect the register only on payment of any fee (up to the prescribed amount) required by the company or scheme.

So we have 2 options pay the fee or inspect for free?
