Yes that is a little odd - but I guess there could be a million personal reasons to explain why they needed to get hands on some cash. The key is they retain a massive holding. I also note that Mr Lau has added over 300,000 shares while Fred Bart himself has increased his superfund holding adding 152,000. So all in all, that 135,000 sell down by Meitdav is more than offset by Lau and Bart's purchases, so it's a positive change for me. I suspect Mr Lau is inner circle with the who's who of Silicon Valley...he probably has a better idea of suitor and timing for any impending take over than the company itself.
