In fact, I would be happy if EDE raised any needed capital in the US.
They will need a CR for the equity portion of the Georgia project. They confirm the funding will be a mix of CR, debt,incentives etc.
We may also see funding by way of pre-sales if Colorado sales really kick the demand along?
If we have a CR later on, I think raising the funds from US investors would be far better, because it puts EDE in the face of the far, far bigger investor mkt of US, the product is manufactured in the US (so investors can physically tour the factory), the product is being sold in the US (so US investors can actually go look at the slabs laid, and compare the Edencrete slabs with non-Edencrete slabs), AND the US investors will already be aware of the huge demand and need for repairs and replacement of old bridges and highways.)
IMHO, there is nothing wrong with a CR if the proceeds will add exponential growth to the business.
And that is exactly what mgt and board believes that the Georgia project will do.
