The price the market will accept is not the same as Regience's price. They would also be getting the benefit of exclusivity, which would mean they should be happy to pay a premium to market. Regience want exclusivity but it seems that Cynata are reluctant to give it to them at the moment. Fair enough, after vacillating for 4 months.
