AMER Takeover Deal

We need a good amount of capital raised to give us leverage with AMER International

Coming off a low base I am hoping to have at least 300-400% of my capital returned in any deal with Amer but also leaving me with a decent chunk of my share holding as a "free hit"on full scale production and Rahu...

Looking forward to:

1.  Capital Raise Numbers and Wash Up
2. Valuation put on NTL by AMER

Having Amer as a partner, underwriting profits for 3 years and throwing resources at this thing would decrease the risk immensely but also limit the upside as they take possibly a huge 70% equity position..

What do you think is an acceptable valuation in order that YOU would vote the AMER deal through????

As of today the Market Cap is suppressed at approx 6 million
