We have now had our highest weekly close in 6 months.
Volume, although not high, is building - it's the highest weekly vol since mid-Nov. 2015.
I started watching the screen on MAT pretty closely a couple of weeks ago and there is no doubt in my mind that this stock is being accumulated,
A break of LT downtrend comes in at 19.5 and then 21 - depending on where you draw the trendline.
A break of those levels on volume should mean a move through the recent 22.5 high and then a quick move into the 30s.
