Agree - we just spent 700k on a piece of paper - telling us stuff we already know.
outcome -
1) we have just wasted $6m paid to grafex and still only 80%
2) 700k to FH
3) CGT still hanging over our heads
4) BB still looks to be getting paid - although looked like he could have breached his fudiciary duties - so hopefully we can fight his claim
5) resource still not clear

what has VA achieved exactly?
Surely GMP could have come to the party before VA?

everything still looks as clear as mud....


but at least this hopefully means that we are back trading with cash in the bank
