- Pcl has entered into a scheme implementation deed with Bellawest Pty Limited
- Bellawest proposes to acquire all of the ordinary shares in pcl other than those held by Lanox and Bellawest
- Deal for cash consideration of $12.60 per pcl share
- Says independent directors of pcl unanimously recommend that scheme shareholders vote in favour of the scheme
