Hi all,

I was just on ASIC's website and found their criteria for making a complaint to them. Sorry, I'm a bit new to all this, ignore me if I'm stating the obvious. One criteria I found was this: - misuse of company's officer's position to gain an advantage for themselves.

I think it's great if you've already made this complaint diamoboy, or something like it. Please, let us know if you have.

What I would like to know is what others think about this? Is there compelling evidence that Mr. Dugdale used his position to gain an advantage for himself? Or was he just a guy clouded by what probably was, for him, an unsastainable dream?
