Thanks kiwijuice, I got it now. Another senior moment. I was too busy wondering how I can get away with paying 25 % CGT. Good explanation of borrowing to invest.
Regarding share price this week, I think / hope we will see a steady increase from the low 20's. But won't see 30 c. for a few months (just my opinion). Hopefully brexit / EOFY dust has settled and investors who are cashed up will be buying.
Also, when PLS share price rises, AJM will often follow. So it could be dependant on what's happening "over the fence" and we may not see price action until Tuesday. Remembering the pending good news at PLS may already be factored into the increased share price, as it often does. (just my opinion). So, hopefully investors will see more value in AJM at a lower price. I did, but happy to be holding both.
