XPE sale price????

Although only speculation, it is looking more and more likely XPE is a prime take-over target.
This is not a thread to debate the pros/cons/opinions of a takeover.
Lets discuss what a XPE should be worth in a takeover attempt.
A few questions I have.
1. How do you value a company with little revenue but very strong forecast revenue and game changing patents?
2. What is a fair price for XPE?
3. Are there any recent technology sector takeovers that may shed some light on the value of XPE?
4. Is XPE bigger than expected and on the radar for many big tech companies? XPE's technology will give any company considerable market advantage in the IOT sector.
