A fair price would have to be a few multiples higher even without takeover talk. That's what the company would be worth if it was NASDAQ listed and priced without the Australian 'fear' or lack of interest/research in tech companies. Whichever estimates you use for revenue, this has to be worth much higher than the measly market cap we're at now. I mean even if we were looking at just 5 million revenue in the current financial year (very very easily, right???????) it would be valued far above where it is now. We were all saying similar when the price was 2-3c and the market only really caught up a bit after Telink came out.
On number 4, the wording of some announcements hints at much more than we have been told about, especially the part about 'unprecedented interest' etc. Perhaps it would be in the interests of 1 big tech to want to buy the game changer, and then have all the others forking cash to them for years into the future.
However, a takeover would be stopped by the holders so it's barely worth considering
