Due to confidentiality provisions associated with Agreement, Pilbara is unable to name the offtake party at this stage pending the resolution of unrelated commercial arrangements by the off taker but expects to be able to identify the party to the agreements in the coming weeks when the confidentiality restrictions are likely to fall away
