I see Your point.
Best way to attract good employees is to give them shares in the company. Making them buy them is even better.
No one likes dilution or discounts.
However the last capital raising was $115 million dollars at 38 cents. The current $18 million dollars at 50 cents sees 30% premium to those previous investors.
