No mention of 88E.
Pretty sure I read not long ago that 88E was not in the firing line due to explorer status?
Government may delay but they will pay...otherwise they're going to fall into a deep oily well of litigation which they will lose.
Forget the breach of promise...imagine the attached damages and legal cost claims this could entail.
They're messing with Big Oil...nobody messes with big oil...nobody.
