Why was it necessary to pursue such an aggressive huge acquisition only a few months after ASX listing?
CR for Track acquisition was heavily undersubscribed ( red flag there)
Well above market commercial interest rates with European banks and vendors
Who completed the DD on Track ?
This aggressive growth stragedy has led to the current CN
