    Both. Multiple coincidences. Mostly live in country in Duterte's local jurisdiction. Placed mining applications with well recognised Filipino partners from Manila during Arroyo. I am the technical partner on what are projects prospective for potential large scale operations. Aquino stalled them. The election was the hope. But alas, another 6 years toasted as far as we are concerned.
