. 11m revenue and not one year in the last 3 is to be a net loss....aha, Nasdaq looks likely
Thankfully, he mentioned that it is not a factual statement he was making in his predictions post otherwise the fairies may have been visiting him often in the loony house.
Let's look at what else young Ed mentioned;
- BP directors coming on board.....yep, especially since all reference to xTV has been wiped off their site, that one makes sense...
- new directors, new board; thanks for stating the obvious considering they need the whole lot of them since resignations were announced.
What we have is a company that would be close to $6m in the red now, revenue of $41k per quarter (all of $170k approx PA) which is probably less now as they did not release a qtrly at all, no staff, no directors on board, no secretary, no 2500 order to supply, no further association with BP, no acquisition, no AT+T deal, no actual deals to mention at all, a golden deal with Bergen the business buster, totally shot investor confidence, rebellion in the ranks and a young visionary entrepreneur CEO that jumps from one venture to the next without any one of them being a success.
So the predictions are.....well, I am sure everyone can draw their own conclusions
