I think they want to start Civil War in Saudi Arabia between the Sunni and Shiite.
Qatif is where majority Shias live.
And the East (where the Shias are in majority), is where most of the Saudi Oil fields are located.
If the powder keg was to set off between Sunni and Shias in Saudi Arabia...oil will skyrocket.
