If a rival bidder doesnt start soaking up stock soon you will get a situation where a combination of Tullow Merryl Lynch and other aligned parties buy in excess of 50% of the stock on market at $2.02 and then its done and dusted at $2.02.
The directors have the bid reccomendation in place and their new cushy jobs lined up in the old dart and as Rex says its yippad da yippada thats all folks.
A higher bid would be hard to get over the line if Tullow get more that 50% ?
