re: incredibly optimistic ... One question alecfra: if as you say the London and US instos are thirsty for stock why did they not step in and soak up all the selling? I'd like to see your projections materialise but let's be realistic and think about this for a second.
Fidelity ceased to be a substantial shareholder just before the placement back in June. Since then, from the information that I have the same broker (european investment bank) has been hammering the bid relentlessly up until the day the trading halt was called. So I'm assuming Fidelity is trying to sell down all of their holding, or there is another seller out there? One thing is for sure the broker is acting on behalf of an insto client as these guys don't deal for small private clients.

You seem to have a pretty good idea of what is going on in the background but I'm a bit sceptical when you suggest that the capital raising will be done at a premium when the stock was languishing at $0.20 before it stopped trading. If those instos that took stock at $0.25 were keen for more stock then I'm sure they would have had no trouble getting big lines in the market but most of them didn't want to step in.

Vendor: Before you come back with another reply and complain about my negative views, the above information I've provided is widely available. You broker will be able to tell who has been buying and selling three days after the event. So if you want confirmation ring your broker and they should be able to give you this information and you will get a better picture of the trading that's been happening in this stock.
