SP at listing was for a fundamentally different beast than what we have today. Macro-economic factors notwithstanding, we have two sizeable acquisitions underway for essentially equity. The emerging landscape is also quite different. SP takes all of this into consideration. Far too premature to pass superlative judgments like "disgrace", unless of course the time limit has expired on your investment strategy. Perhaps a more holistic assessment is called for?
