This is might take on today’s XPE run, IMHO only….
I could endless load indicator after indicator and I could show what I want you to see it…..
So, I decided to show to you a few that contradict to other indicators….
We’ve got:
MA – moving average in yellow following the candlesticks… it has slightly distanced from today’s candle..indicating it is less bullish than prior trading days.. It’s not positive but also not negative….. it’s obvious that after that big run the MA would only follow it if we had a good close above 8.5 cents…..
STOCHASTICS- it’s about to cross downwards…. It’s more negative than positive….
RVI – it’s still nice and bullish….almost intact…
RSI – it’s turning down… it’s not negative but it’s not positive either…. More like a signal sideways… not quite precise for a TA’er if analysing with it today….
SR – it’s still very bullish and rising….
And there are ten’s of other indicators out there… some indicating signals of still bullishness and others a turn in sentiment…..So, you see it….
Someone could clearly bring a chart to you and show what you want to see it or what they want you to see it….
This afternoon I made my final decision in selling a parcel not on TA’s… not on the exciting and positive FA’s… but, on Macro Economics…
First Gold, US dollar, Euros, then our financials(4 banks), then Local markets(Asia Pacific and our market) combined… then Europe Futures and North America futures….
But, we always got Mario Draghi(ECB) and/or Janet Yellen that could signal more cheap useless debt money that would send the stock markets to highs again… it’s the last resource and only ammunition Central Banks have left…
Look at China… just for the rumours they have brought early this morning on back of more stimulus… all commodities shot up like a rocket… and now they are dropping like flies because they decided not to print more money… one of my reasons to sell POS today…
So, yes… Macro economics play a major part on the stock market no matter what stock you are holding it….
- If the INTEL agreement with XPED announcement came prior 2008 or even when the Fed Reserve announced the first QE, XPE would go to DA MOON ! trust me… lot’s of cheap money around to throw anywhere…..
Now, if the same announcement came in 2008 when the markets were crashing there is no way XPE would run hard… maybe a run but, profit takers would be all over capping the run… if not selling it off….
And we have current economics… where VOLATILITY is constant…. So, I really hope the board is switched on to perhaps, bring news when the global markets are more in tune….. and please don’t tell me they have to release news then it comes…. Miners do it all the time… eg. When price of gold goes higher, lot’s of companies bring their announcements… even if the grades are not flash….
MARKETING is very important… it SELLS……
Looking forward to a PRINTING SPREE coming from either Europe alone… or USA and maybe CHINA…. Then we will get absolutely bullish markets for maybe 1 to 6 months… depending how much they print…. But, be aware that it’s all accumulating and sometime somewhere something will have to give……
Until then… I’m looking forward to the INTEL, GE and whoever partners and bullish news comes XPED’s way….
