    Is Aveo affected by the ACFI payments issues? Merrill Lynch downgraded Estia Health, Japara and Regis as some of their earnings come from federal government grants called Aged Care Funding Instruments (ACFI) which are being tightened up.

    Does Aveo rely on these as well or is it in a different market?
