    It specifies 'newly contracted customer', so that reads to me that it is someone completely new.

    I suppose you could read it from the viewpoint of IFOREX pilot was successful and they are now contracted, making it a new contract. Either way is good, but I hope its a new big-time player in addition to iForex.
