I don't understand your logic. How is taking the high of $1810 in US dollars in 2012, and converting it at today's exchange rate, correct? It would be the same as me saying that in 2012 I took a holiday in the US and it cost me $2000 USD, which converted at today's rate is $2700 AUD. Therefore it was a terribly expensive holiday.
In reality had I taken such a holiday at a cost of $2000, the cost to me would have been around $1900 AUD, which would have been really good value.
