Company has way too many shares on the register, so eventually they will have to do a consolidation because if they have to raise any money, its impossible to do it at a lower price .

Otherwise they will consolidate and bring in overseas fund who will get shares at a cheaper price for stumping up cash and then sell for a small profit on market to get there money back. It's what you call a pump and dump and the winner will be the fund .

Stock market is a good way to loose your money, so invest only what you can afford to loose and learn from your lesssons but most of all do your home work and teach yourself about the technical side of trading, rather then the fundamentals.
