The asx will monitor the announcements by companies, they will mark if its price sensitive, and also they will not allow a company to use asx service if the information is just a small update "like you stated the directors are going to Paris" We know who our partners are, we know we have a great product, we know that many are sniffing around, if that's not enough to make you stay as a shareholder , then look at the other 2000+ companies on the asx that will fullfill your requirements.
