Regardless of SP effect(which is zero), this is good news. Great to hear they are adding to the already experienced board with further real know how in various mining projects. Shows great intent and almost sures up that further positive news to come, which WILL move us from Explore to development.
The longer it takes for news to come the longer we have to top up. Patience needed here.
