my apologies- you are technically correct, but Novamatic will still have approval of their own licences this year anyway, so your argument is just splitting hairs.

the real problem is that there is a 10% blocking capability by Len's family if Novamatic wants to go the whole hog.
no one really knows at this stage what is going to happen and this "mess" is being dragged out in legal circles, and will continue for months.

in other words, it is exceptional buying if you are a robot , but for any average humanoid investor , it is toxic .
