Mate I use to do valuations of companies for a living. I think you need to learn that valuations at CURRENT point in time are based on future DISCOUNTED cashflows.
So no only black and white is you and Hudson have no idea of what is involved in valuing a company. Hence Hudson should keep to TA as only misleading people on something he clearly knows nothing about.
