    Thanks for your reply Charlesincharge.

i appreciate it and the fact that HC obviously isn't the forum to be announcing any market moving news, so your hands are tied, in very much a similarly vague way as GML's were in the last quarterly in outlining what is going on.

I'm intrigued as to what is looming. Bring it on.

So, while some things can't be said, some things clearly can be.

The issue of the jorc gold resource estimate has clearly overshot all reasonable time lines: a few weeks isn't more than two months as it is now. Perhaps the board will see fit to issue the estimate in the report for the calendar quarter just ended.

As i recall, i don't recall my ears pricking up at any stage in recent years in relation to GML drilling intercepts, so any estimate won't set the market on fire.

Still gold is certainly the metal du jour.

The previous quarterly also showed just A$400,000 in the kitty as at March 31, after spending about A$225,000 in the calendar first quarter.

In short, a capital raising is on the cards within months, if the company wants to stay afloat, or fund an acquisition. There is certainly room for some dilution with 292 million shares on issue.

The company has manoevered it's way into an unenviable position. Now is the time to deploy any deft footwork to dance out of a tight spot.

For me, i'd like to say it's been a long time between drinks as a GML shareholder.

But that would be lying: there hasn't been any drinks, zero zip nada.

The only upbeat thing that ever happened was recently when i found i had only paid 11 cents a share for the way too many shares i bought a few years ago, rather than the 12 cents/share my obviously failing memory registered.

It looks like a make or break time for GML. Time to step up and deliver something of substance or the exit door looms pretty large both for me and GML. Why would shareholders tip in more of their hard earned for no return.

    C'est la guerre.
