    I will take a guess based on what I have read
    1 I doubt a patent will be needed. What you will need is SL vein graphite (>80% yield) and there are very few genuine suppliers.
    2 Both initially would be logical, but then the end user. see also 4 below.

    4 My guess is that the amount of graphene able to be generated from each kg of ore will be established with each end user agreement. Therefore the price paid by the end user for each kg of ore will reflect what this testing showed. Each contract will be negotiated separately, so price could vary slightly.
    My guess is that the unit will be owned by FGR and certain undertakings made by the end user.
