i should say my point to the last story.

Some people are looking for a 'trigger' in the property crash. I'm saying there doesnt necesarily need to be one. In my prev eg it only took one person to go against the direction of the crowd for the rest to eventually follow. No trigger but just one person saying this is crazy I'm going to the other side.

That one person is me. JUst kidding. But it could well be the Economist magazine. It has some influential followers. Its easier to agree with it than deny it.
