What do you mean by "mostly buying"? There is always as much selling as there is buying.
And this particular event was big SELL dumping of ~ 10M shares at 1.1c, followed a bit later by slightly panicked small seller that was previously waiting to sell at 1.2c (which aint gonna happen, at least not today). It looks like this will now trade around 1.0c until next dump, or next announcement.
