I've had dealings with SA Health and DCSI about the new NDIS (I know, acronyms, can you tell I work in government?). They are investing a good amount of time and money on their new systems and interfaces to handle the new requirements to comply to the new NDIS legislation. Some of the conversation has been around the very stuff this ann talks about. Especially communication with case managers.
