Yes, i did come across that same article that you are talking about.

If there is one at 2.40, then I am pretty sure TLW will want to trump them with say 2.60 or 2.70 and i think that would be the end.

I'll be happy with that. I think you will find it hard pressed to get 3.00 unless there is a third bid.

But at the moment, with TLW going up, I guess we have a safety net protection.
