Higher weekly volume than last week.

Attempted break of 22.5c resistance earlier in week without success but the stock found support and is looking fine.
Teer is enough going on here in the background, and it's being demonstrated in the price and vol action, to confirm, IMHO, that MAT is heading higher in the ST.
