ABN Amro Morgans managing director Tim Crommelin, whose firm acted as joint lead manager to AMC's Queensland government-backed $525 million distribution entitlement securities offer in late 2001, yesterday stressed such projects came along just once every 25 years.

"We can make sure that AMC's project never sees the light of day if we don't show real leadership now and that leadership has got to come from all parties," he said.
