    IF, as seems probable, Australian Magnesium Corp falls into the abyss, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission should revisit the prospectus for the public offer for the $1.3 billion Stanwell magnesium project to satisfy itself as to whether the risks relating to the venture were adequately identified.
