    Also i am tild don't use spray type oils when cooking in non-stick pans, sonething in the aerosol component does not like non stick surfaces and ruins them.
    We bought new pans a while ago and after going through a lot of non stick pans, avoiding spray oil has definitely seen the current ones remain non-stick.
