I haven't found anything better either but i would agree with you about the risk. Even if we assume the tech does work as expected there is no doubt that the competition is huge with much bigger existing companies. I only ask opinions about upcoming contracts because i think it needs to happen sooner before those big companies have a chance to improve their own tech to match ours. At this stage everything D13 has said about the tech suggests it is still above and beyond the systems developed by competitors but the proof will come at MITRE and Black Dart. While the US Govt. may have us 'in the address book' as you say, i imagine their address book is rather large and includes many of the competitors.
Don't get me wrong, i am with you all the way on D13, its got all of the potential and the right people backing it but at the end of the day the proof will be in the product.
