    Hi All, from the POSCO MOU I note the following

    "POSCO E&C to develop a fixed price lump sum for Project execution by 2nd quarter 2016. "

    I don't think we have heard anything on this, would this be something they would announce, you know just that they have recieved it.

    At least then we would know they are still interested.
