Yachtie's post makes it easier but my estimated time frame is still consistent.
Yachtie's scenario which I think management have mentioned may bring up a sensitive point. The Chinese will know how to build pants in the cold but the Greenlanders are highly sensitive to who will do the work and the fact their they tiny population could be overhelmed by foreigners (leaving aside racial considerations).
