How can Higgo be a thorn in the side? Higgo took a job in a company that was basically about to go insolvent. He obviously spent time once appointed and did his own review and realised there was a lot of untidy issues that needed to be solved that were probably outside of his capacity as the MD. Lets remember as a director of a company he is personally liable hence he probably felt he needed to clarify certain passed dealings that Boyle, Gilman and Jenks had signed up for.
I have no doubt Higgo is the ultimate professional and does not run companies, public companies wasting shareholders money. This guy has 25 or 30 years experience in mining and running listed companies. What was the collective experience of the past board I ask?
Simply the company has now been reset and investors including both public and institutions will know the exact financial position of the company and hopefully the Grafex issue will be sorted along with the bogus Chinese deals.
Look, I have been the most negative of GMP / Andrew Frazer campaigners and they still have a lot to do to prove they are backing this company not just looking for a trade. The cap raise is 100% underwritten and the Chinese money will be there so now the new board can put together a real vision and a plan to move forward.
I just cant see how Higgo after 6 months can be blamed for anything as realistically he was in charge for 2 months at the worst time ever in the companies history.

I think we need to give him time to now prove his worth and lets hope that history will show this was a master stroke by him.
I also understand that a lot of investors here harbour a lot of anger to myself, Lee and Jenks for the removal of Boyle. Don't get me wrong, I question myself over this daily whilst in VA and the thought of the mums and dads that potentially could have lost there savings but in saying that I knew we had limited debt and the chances of relisting were great. Collectively Jenks, Lee, myself and the Wolves had in excess of 75 million units when this was decided so if it backfired i am certain we had an awful lot to lose. This was not something decided over a cup of English tea one morning but over 12 months of constant discussions on the way the company was going. I think the next 6 months will be pivotal and we can all hopefully look back and be happy with what had to happen. What do they say 'some short term pain for long term gain.

I am happy to keep the banter going and with Oz and Co and feel it is healthy to have opposing views on what is right and what is wrong, this is the democratic country we live in and we are all entitled to a freedom of speech hence having open forums like HC.

Good luck to all and lets see the so called ugly red headed step sister of the graphite game succeed to where it should be.
