1. save all your data and serial nos,
2. run the free belarc pc summary prog, and print out the results
3. make a full disk image backup on to a usb drive
3. reinstall win 7, all files will be deleted, confirm activated.
4. probably a few updates as well after that
5. free upgrade to win 10
